You home will be professionally installed and set-up in strict adherence to the HUD codes for decades of safety and enjoyment. All utilities connected and tested, your home will be ready to move-in!

All new homes ordered by Edgewood Village will be set on and anchored to a full concrete slab foundation. We also install a new 10' x 20' concrete car pad for off street parking, new sidewalk in front of homes as needed, and a new sidewalk directly to your front door steps, deck, or covered porch.

Clayton/Marlette E-Built homes are designed to be energy-efficient, helping you save money on your utility bills while reducing your carbon footprint. These homes feature additional insulation (Higher R-values) throughout, high efficiency lighting and appliances, and are even solar ready.  

Every new order will come with added features to make your new home more complete and enjoyable. Things like a central AC system, full length rain gutters, upgraded roofing, outdoor storage shed and site built permanent steps at all entry/exit doors.
